Patricia drove from neighborhood to neighborhood showing homes on the phone with great effectiveness and patience.

She is ahead of every detail and moves without delay on any obstacle or question. She gave information and set expectations at every step and called from the house the morning after settlement to remove the lockbox and check that all was in order. When I moved a few weeks later, Patricia had the lawn cut and beds weeded so it looked great when I arrived. I can go on and on.

I bought an average priced home for the area at a busy time for realtors. I never had a question about the urgency and attention of the 85 and Sunny team. (Given that, I definitely feel guilty that it took me 3 weeks to write this review).
